Feeling rather chuffed with myself this week! Just back from the gym and I lost 3lb this week, whoop! So a total of 7lb in the first 4 weeks which I am pretty happy with tbh.
That said Sophie from sophiephiephie blog left me a link to a really terrific post on her blog that was written with the help of her mum is who is the Principle Dietician at a leading London hospital and a wise woman too I reckon. Next time you are hacked off cos you only lost 1lb this week read this and think on! A pound off is a pound off! Thank you so much for your comment and link Sophie, your timing was spot on!
So over to you Annabella - let's hear it!
Well done darling x x x
ReplyDeleteglad you appreciated the post! good luck xx
ReplyDeleteI wish I was doing as well as you. I lost the two pounds I put on last week so I'm back to square one. My body seems to love the weight I'm at for some reason. I really need to come up with a good strategy as the one I have cleary isn't working. Was going to join WW online last week and I never did but I will tonite! Please Tweet me later to yell at me!
ReplyDeleteKellie - thank you!
ReplyDeleteSophie - again, thanks.
Annabella - will be tweeting you as requested. I have found what has worked this week is writing every damn thing down, all of it! Following the ww pro points by proxy plan (good old Em with her disposable income!) going to the gym (bugger) and having in total one bottle of wine all weekend, rather than my usual 2. That said its easy to see where you go wrong when you are writing down and counting points as its horrifying how quickly those points/cals ratchet up! Not a fan of pre-packed processed foods but they do take the trial and error out of things and better a 9 point ww chicken tikka masala than anything from Mumbai Spice! Well done on losing the 2 gained, always much harder than breaking new ground I think!xxx
Jayzus Debbie well done!! I feel so proud of you ;-)
ReplyDeleteHI Simone, thanks hun!
